Peptide Refund & Return Policy
This Peptide Refund & Return Policy explains how AminoXLab handles peptide order cancellations, damaged shipments, incorrect deliveries, and limited support requests related to research-use products.
1. Policy Overview
All peptide sales on AminoXLab are final once an order has been successfully placed and processed.
Because our products are intended strictly for laboratory and research use, we do not accept returns or offer refunds after purchase or delivery. In limited cases involving verified shipping damage, incorrect shipments, or confirmed delivery failure, we may review requests for replacement or reshipment only.
2. Returns and Non-Returnable Items
Research-use peptides are non-returnable and non-refundable.
The following are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Peptide products after an order has been placed
- Opened, altered, damaged, or used items
- Products not stored under recommended conditions after delivery
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
- Requests based on personal preference, change of decision, or misunderstanding of product use
Once an order has entered processing, packing, or shipping stages, it cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your shipment arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us review the issue, please provide:
- Your order reference number
- Clear images of the package label
- Photos showing the packaging condition
- Photos of the affected product(s)
After review, AminoXLab may, at its discretion, offer a replacement or reshipment for confirmed fulfillment errors or verified shipping damage. Refunds are not issued for peptide orders.
4. Lost Packages and Shipping Delays
If a shipment appears delayed, we will review tracking information and carrier updates before determining the next step.
In cases where a package is reasonably confirmed as lost by the carrier, AminoXLab may review the order for possible reshipment at our discretion.
Delays caused by carriers, weather, address errors, customs, high shipping volumes, or other conditions outside our control do not qualify for refunds.
5. Cancellations and Order Changes
Requests for cancellation or order modification must be submitted immediately after placing the order.
Because peptide orders may move quickly into processing and fulfillment, changes are not guaranteed. Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded.
6. Refund Timing
AminoXLab does not offer refunds for peptide products.
All peptide purchases are final due to product integrity, safety, storage, and handling considerations. Any approved support resolution for damaged, incorrect, or lost shipments will be handled through review-based replacement or reshipment only, where applicable.
7. How to Request Support
To submit a support request, please include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Detailed explanation of the issue
- Relevant images, package photos, or tracking details

AminoXLab reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
